549 AZB 972 Normal series 1950-2009. Originally with one or two serial numerals and only one serial letter. Up to three serial numerals since 1966. Three serial letters since 1992. Black plates until 1992. 9 and 7 optionally vertically aligned since 1996. 972 = Martinique.
