Provisional series since 1990. Self-adhesive. Current date layout since 1992. RX = Stavanger, but this was issued in Drammen. It would appear these plates are now issued without geographical coding. Valid August 10th 2013. Since 2012 if there is no original registration a dotted line appears at bottom left. Next to it is the name of the issuing office, the date of issue and a serial number.

legal again since 2013 for vehicles of correct age. Kristiania was the name of Oslo until 1924.

The validation sticker reads A-203. A used to denote Oslo. DROSCHE = taxi.
